At A & I Cleaning House, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. An invoice will be provided upon payment.

4. Access to Property

To ensure a thorough cleaning, we require access to your home during the scheduled cleaning time. Please ensure that all pets are secured and any valuables are stored safely before our team arrives.

5. Liability Insurance

A & I Cleaning House is fully insured and bonded. While we take every precaution to care for your home, we are not liable for any damage or loss of personal items unless caused by our negligence.

6. Staff Conduct

Our team members are trained professionals who will treat your home with respect. Any inappropriate behavior or conduct by our staff will not be tolerated. If you have concerns about staff conduct, please report it to us immediately.

7. Satisfaction Feedback

We value your feedback! After your service, you may receive a follow-up email or call to ensure your satisfaction. Your input helps us improve our services.
